Still catching up on photos from earlier this year, which includes a sighting of this guy on our balcony one morning.



One day we saw a large bird flying by and thought at first it was a hawk. But it was a vulture being chased by various crows in a very noisy event. It kept swooping near the lake, but not for any reason we could see. However a pair of geese went on alert sheltering their babies.





In this photo one can see one of the crows in pursuit as well as a swallow in the background.
